Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose issues with speech, language, voice, and fluency; develop and implement tailored educational plans (IEPs).
• Provide therapy services, monitor student progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to address and support communication needs.
• Conduct evaluations, maintain accurate records, and actively participate in team meetings for effective planning.
• Support student advocacy, stay informed about the latest field advancements, and engage in ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current TennesseeTeaching Certification
• Tennessee SLP license
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
• Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

Benefits:

• 1099 School Position
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours and pay across direct/indirect hours
• Hourly Rate: $40-$45
