We are inviting applications for the position of a Financial Analyst in the Healthcare industry based in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in decision-making processes to ensure our financial objectives are met. You will also collaborate with different departments to align with business goals and contribute to strategic financial planning.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate financial information to identify trends and financial status
• Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts to support business objectives
• Work closely with various departments for strategic financial planning
• Leverage accounting software systems for data analysis and reporting
• Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports for data mining and financial analysis
• Oversee accounting functions and ensure adherence to accrual accounting principles
• Engage in auditing processes to ensure financial compliance
• Manage budget processes and contribute to capital management strategies
• Implement ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial operations
• Provide insights to improve operational efficiency based on financial performance.• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry.
• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Must have experience in using Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge and experience in Data Mining Techniques.
• Ability to perform Accounting Functions with high accuracy.
• Understanding of Accrual Accounting principles.
• Experience in Auditing, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Budget Processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience in Capital Management to optimize the company's financial performance.
