The Accounting Manager will supervise two direct reports.

Overview of the Accounting Manager Role:

Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow projections

Oversee all AP and AR processing, run aging reports

Supervise and coach two direct reports

Prepare journal entries and bank reconciliations

Oversee month-end close and prepare monthly financial statements

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager Position:

Bachelor's degree in accounting

Four to six years of accounting and supervisory experience

Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with a major ERP system

Thorough understanding of GAAP

Location: This role is 100% onsite in Goshen, IN

Salary: $79,450 - $89,450 depending on experience
