Assemble manufactured materials and components. Ensure quality in assembled products including accuracy of BOM for assembly and that the assembly itself meets all design specifications///Supports testing, troubleshooting and repairing PCB (printed circuit boards), assemblies of subassemblies. Usually will troubleshoot to board or component level and repair. Good soldering and de-soldering skills of both through-hold and surface components may be required. Job Description: Assembly and testing. Look up/read/comprehend technical work instructions, drawings and/or specifications. Assemble and install parts, small components and sub-assemblies. Disassemble, troubleshoot, rework, and repair as required. Testing of various components ensure quality control and record actions on production forms. Applicant must have the ability to stand for long periods of time.
Education: HS diploma/GED required, in lieu of HS Diploma/GED must have at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience: Testing and assembly ***MUST HAVE IPC - T-STD-001 SOLDER CERTIFICATION ** (Needing also soldering skills and SOME electrical assembler skills)
Citizenship: US Citizen or Perm Resident w/ Green Card Schedule: M-F 5AM - 1:30PM (30 minute lunch) Overtime: Possible but would be on volunteer basis Benefits provided:
