The ideal candidate would have experience selling both products and services. Your primary responsibilities will focus on Customer Service and Front Office but will include some administrative tasks.
Pay Rate
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Depends on Experience)

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Customer Service Rep/Data Entry Job Title Duties and Responsibilities
• Working with Microsoft Office products
• Working with Microsoft Office products
• Heavy Data Entry experience
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Answer phones
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Answer phones
• Research products and assist with pricing
• Greet and assist walk-in customers and truckers
• Build relationships with existing customers
• Respond to customers’ inquiries
• E-mail bid requests to current clients and perform follow-up calls
Customer Service Rep/Data Qualifications and Requirements
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in fast paced office environment
• Experience selling through eBay is a plus
• Must be detail oriented

• Previous work experience in a commercial setting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong verbal and communication skills
