Custom Home Architect
to join a team of passionate professionals dedicated to designing and building extraordinary homes. If you’re a creative visionary with a strong architectural background and a love for turning dream homes into reality, this is the opportunity for you!
About the Role: As a Custom Home Architect, you will collaborate with clients, designers, and project teams to design unique, high-quality custom homes. You will oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring every detail reflects the client’s vision and meets the highest standards of design and functionality.
Responsibilities:
Client Collaboration:
Work closely with clients to understand their lifestyle, needs, and vision for their dream home. Design Development:
Create innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models. Project Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution. Building Codes & Regulations:
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability practices. Material Selection:
Provide guidance on materials and finishes to achieve the desired style and functionality. Budget Awareness:
Balance creative vision with cost-effective solutions to meet client budgets. Quality Assurance:
Review and approve construction documents and oversee design integrity during the construction phase.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. 2 years of experience designing custom homes or high-end residential projects. Strong portfolio showcasing custom home designs and attention to detail. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.). Deep understanding of residential design trends, materials, and sustainability principles. Excellent communication skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams. Licensure or registration as an Architect (preferred).
