About the Role

This includes the design and execution of an integrated global HR strategy, organizational design, leadership and talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement. The role also involves acting as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, from executive coaching to performance management, and driving organizational transformation within the business units. Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in senior HR business partner roles, with a proven track record of operating within a global mindset across diverse cultures. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in translating business needs into HR initiatives that enhance performance and employee engagement, as well as experience in influencing and driving change.
