In-House Accountant

Candidate should have a High School Diploma or its foreign equivalent and should have twenty-four months of experience in the job offered or related field of accounting/finance.

Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

Review company accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences.

Report to the company about asset utilization and audit result and recommend changes in operation and financial activities.

Examine inventory to verify journal and ledger entries.

Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.

Inspect acco

unt books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.

Confer with company officials about financial and regulatory matters; and report to management regarding the finances of the company.
