Client is willing to do Webex but must work on site- 1 week on site and 1 week off site. Pay rate 120.00 per hour on 40 hour work Mandatory Qualifications: More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as an Architect. More than ten (10) years of hands-on professional experience as an Architect in multiple Master Data Management (MDM) projects architecting, planning, designing, developing, implementing, testing, and integrating successful MDM solutions including data cleansing, data ingestion pipelines, matching, merging, deduplication, hierarchy management, standardization, automation, and orchestration of enterprise Master and Reference data such as Clients and Providers data to create the single version of the truth (e.g., golden record) and to create a Common Client Index (CCI) and a Master Provider Index (MPI) to support applications and data sharing in batch and real-time modes. More than ten (10) years of hands-on professional experience using Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) Hub to build data models and configure rules to implement MDM solutions. This includes but not limited to Informatica MDM architecture, MDM Hub Workbenches, Informatica Data Director, Provisioning Tool, ActiveVOS, Customer 360, Informatica Master Database, Operational Reference Store (ORS) Database, Services Integration Framework (SIF), Queries Tool, Packages Tool, BPM workflow, Data Encryption, Hierarchy Manager, Mappings tool, audit trail, delta detection, message queues tool, JMS messages, and Batch Jobs. Desirable Qualifications: Ten (10) or more years of hands-on professional experience building landing tables, staging tables, and base objects to develop a comprehensive master data model such as the party data model, client/customer data model, or provider/vendor data model in Informatica MDM Hub to support MDM solutions. This includes but not limited to designing, developing, and implementing entity relational diagrams, conceptual, logical, and physical relational data models. Ten (10) or more years of hands-on professional experience creating data profiling rules, data cleansing rules, data match rules (exact match, fuzzy match), merge options, auto-merge rules, manual merge rules, un-merge rules, validation rules, and trust rules in Informatica MDM and Informatica Data Quality products. Seven (7) or more years of hands-on professional experience in Informatica MDM Hub load process, landing process, staging process, consolidate process, exception handling process, and publishing process. Seven (7) or more years of hands-on professional experience in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Informatica MDM solutions and other systems using APIs, web services, message queues, Java Message Service (JMS), ESB, Kafka, and ETL tools. Seven (7) or more years of hands-on professional experience using tools such as Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Data Quality to export, transform and load data from source databases (e.g., Oracle) and flat files into the Informatica MDM landing tables. Seven (7) or more years of hands-on professional experience integrating Informatica MDM solutions with medium to large scale, high volume OLTP and OLAP systems such as Case Management systems, Enrollment and Eligibility systems, Financial Management systems, Child Support systems, Court Hearings systems, or similar systems. Five (5) years or more of hands-on experience using data modeling software (e.g., Erwin Data Modeler) and developing complex SQL queries, Oracle PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, views, complex joins, indexes, triggers, external tables, roles, grants, permissions, DDL, and DML. Seven (7) or more years of hands-on professional experience in data analysis, metadata cataloging, creating, and maintaining documentation including technical specifications, data mappings, data dictionary, data lineage, data flow diagrams, and high-level and low-level design. Domain knowledge and experience in health and human services, especially in Integrated Eligibility System programs such as PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, TANF, etc. Knowledge and experience in applying data management concepts such as data architecture, data quality, metadata management, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, data integrity, data integration and interoperability, data governance, data security, data storage and operations. Duties/Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, business analysts, and data stewards, to understand master data requirements and provide effective MDM solutions leveraging agile methodologies. Define and design the overall MDM architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and compatibility with multiple domains. Develop the master data management strategy, aligning MDM initiatives with the IES program objectives and long-term goals. Communicate effectively via correspondences, presentations, and meeting with business and technical stakeholders. Develop, implement, and enforce master data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, accuracy, compliance, consistency, and reliability of master data. Provide standards, guidelines, processes, and expertise to address master data issues such as convergence, standards, and synchronization. Develop and maintain technical architectures and data models for MDM solutions Implement data integration processes, ensuring the seamless flow of data between different systems and applications. Collaborate with System Administrators to optimize the performance and scalability of MDM solutions and operations. Document and incorporate MDM best practices and processes in IES MDM strategy plan. Collaborate with ISO to ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Work closely with all levels of the organization including presenting to educate the business on master data issues and best practices. Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve the data quality, processes, and standards for master data domains. Provide training and create documentation for end-users and data stewards on MDM best practices and usage. Other duties as assigned.
