Overview Join Intuit as a Staff Technical Data Analyst in Customer Success Modern Operations. Intuit's Customer Success team is transforming the industry with a suite of high-touch professional services powered by data-driven, technology-led operations and a distributed professional workforce. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and collaborative Staff Technical Data Analyst to support our business scaling needs through workflow automations and capabilities. In this critical role, you will leverage your technical expertise to plan, develop, release, and support system integrations and workflow automations across all Intuit business units. You will be responsible for tackling complex business problems, driving innovation, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, and creating scalable, reliable automations using LLM's and GenAI technologies. This role requires engagement with various technical and business teams in a highly matrixed organization, demonstrating a bias for action, driving execution, and delivering results. What you'll bring 5 years of experience in Python, Javascript, GO, or similar scripting languages. 3 years deploying services in a serverless environment. 2years of experience developing solutions using Palantir Foundry. Strong communicator who knows how to translate business requirements into complete SDD’s and can interface with the end customer directly. Demonstrated expertise in interfacing with LLM's, leveraging their capabilities to automate processes based on potentially complex and unstructured data. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment and ability to both influence and develop strong partnerships at all levels. Maturity, high judgment, leadership and ability to uplevel those around you are essential to success in this role. Undergraduate degree in a technical, or science discipline is required; Equivalent work experience considered. Location: Hybrid; based out of San Diego, CA or Mountain View, CA How you will lead Collaborates with a team of top engineers, designers, product managers, analysts and Customer Success business partners to define and develop both long and short term automation to support Intuit’s strategic goals. Analyzes complex business requirements as input for creating software design documents for automated systems. Constantly evaluates risk factors related to project and development timelines, best practices, and automation reliability. Ability to interface with both highly technical and business contacts to ensure the use case is completely understood and is being solutioned appropriately. Has an innate curiosity and willingness to dive deep into complicated problems, with an ability to identify novel solutions. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems, working directly with a team of like minded and able individuals.
