Overview
The Atlanta office of an AmLaw 100 law firm seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Assistant with fluency in Korean to join our dynamic team. This role will support our immigration department and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
A Day in the Life
This position plays a large part in our success! Providing high-level of administrative support and assistance to our immigration team. Always with your eye on the big picture, taking the initiative to think ahead and take necessary next steps. While performing tasks such as maintaining calendars, scheduling client meetings, processing expenses, creating invoices, and record-keeping. Assisting with communication both internally and externally and will be expected to prioritize incoming information and draft appropriate memos when needed.

The ideal candidate can effortlessly juggle multiple projects and reprioritize tasks as needed. As a top-notch communicator, they understand that consistent follow-up and follow-through are essential for keeping the team running smoothly. Attention to detail is crucial, particularly when proofreading. The role involves organizing and sorting prebills by company for attorneys and managing reimbursements in line with Firm policies. This candidate will also handle credit card payments for invoices, including third-party vendor payments. In collaboration with Case Managers, they will create and process client invoices, following up on unpaid bills as necessary. Additional responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and saving documents in the Firm’s electronic document management system (Net Docs), and preparing legal documents and materials for attorney meetings and client filings. The candidate will submit check requests for client expenses and other firm-related expenditures, as well as manage requests for client matter numbers to ensure proper case documentation.
