Huachuca in Sierra Vista, Arizona. A Secret clearance is required or the ability to obtain and interim Secret. Intermediate UNIX Systems Administrator ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Intermediate UNIX Systems Administrator supporting the Web Development Team, Regional Cyber Center - CONUS (RCC-C) at Fort Huachuca, a 24x7 enterprise support organization. This position will consist of: Installing, configuring, and maintaining Red Hat OS hosting application servers Monitoring log files, performance issues, and the production environment for mission-critical systems Participate in an on-call rotation for support and server maintenance issues Ensuring the security posture of the environment by applying and maintaining DISA STIG requirements Engaging in continuous learning to stay abreast of relevant new and emerging technologies and security practices Work independently and with others as part of a development team Ability to set priorities and organize work to meet deadlines Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and configuration guidelines Maintain a cooperative working relationship with those contacted during the workday
