The Musco Application Engineering Team is currently seeking a Visualization Engineer to work from our Oskaloosa office. This position will enhance Musco's Visualization system through development of 3D models and data tables for use by Application Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, and installing contractors. What you will do as a Visualization Engineer: Maintain the quality and integrity of the Musco product Create models and BOM's for Musco products and components Lead projects related to: new product rollouts, developmental projects, software updates, and changes to existing products. Manage integration of Autodesk products in sync with enterprise management software. Communicate technical information both written and verbal Ability to attend ECN meetings and determine next steps required to maintain current and future visualization initiatives. Create Assembly Models Create custom CAD drawings What you need to be successful: Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related technical degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2024 Proficient or ability to learn Autodesk Inventor 2024 Proficient or ability to learn Autodesk Vault 2024 Leadership skills to drive initiatives forward Ability to work in team environment as well as independently Experience with engineering document control processes, drawing systems, change notice systems, and multi-level BOMs is preferred Ability to write scopes of work for IT so they can program necessary changes for Musco Visualization program General proficiency in computer skills Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects at a given time. Strong written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal skills Strong motivational aptitude Strong attention to detail Who is Musco?
