Senior DevOps Engineer

Title: Senior DevOps Engineer Client: Comptroller (CPA) State of TX Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (I would say since there's a ton of DevOps candidates, we want to send candidates who live here in Austin already since its onsite and they will want to interview Austin locals first (there's a few surrounding towns in the area which are fine) Rate: $70-75/hr ctc The Worker, under the Shared Application Services manager, executes advanced DevOps tasks, focusing on CI/CD pipeline design, system monitoring, and optimization in a large enterprise. They champion DevOps best practices, train teams, and uphold security standards, with proficiency in diverse tools, automation, Linux administration, containers, and microservices. Modernize CI/CD pipeline with IaC, GitOps, Blue-Green, and Canary Deployment. Integrate security tools, automate checks for "Shift Left" security. Implement monitoring, logging, alerting for CI/CD pipeline. Participate in all SDLC phases; conduct thorough code reviews and analysis. Write reports on code adherence to standards and secure coding practices. Guide and share knowledge with development teams.
