RESPONSIBITLIES Oversee all marketing strategies and tactics including traditional and digital media, digital media strategies and buys, social media and strategies, budget management, brand concepts and awareness, and Community Relations. Oversee internal creative, video, and graphic design team to protect the team's look, image, and brand identity and create engaging content. Create marketing initiatives that drive consumer awareness, engagement, and interest in all things related to the team. Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI across campaigns and initiatives. Conduct post-campaign analyses to track performance metrics, measure success, and optimize future initiatives. Design and implement multi-channel advertising campaigns across traditional platforms (TV, radio, print, billboards) and digital platforms (social media, search engines, display ads) to boost brand visibility and ticket sales. Collaborate with media buying agencies and vendors to negotiate placement, timing, and budget for advertising campaigns. Direct end-to-end execution of newsletter campaigns through Mailchimp, orchestrate segmentation, targeting, retargeting strategies, and design visually engaging newsletters. Manage back-end operations for website maintenance through WordPress, encompassing search engine optimization, landing page creation, content updates, and design enhancements. Oversee social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, and Twitter) to include up-to-date and engaging content. Monitor and analyze social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO to optimize performance across channels. Work with Sr. Director, Analytics to understand audience segments and prospects, to drive campaigns, maximize revenue, and achieve sales goals. Work with the sales team to create premium and unique inventory options that drive Corporate Partnership, Season Ticket, and Premium & Group sales revenue. Assist with identifying and targeting market segregation of businesses in the region to build sales databases and create leads for the sales staff. Develop strategies for merchandise sales and brand licensing opportunities, working closely with retail partners to promote team-branded products. Handle administrative details related to the marketing team and work as a guide to ensure all team members are working in tandem with each other to achieve marketing goals and initiatives. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Candidate must have a college degree in marketing and or sport's business management. Candidate must have experience working in soccer, USL experience a plus. Candidate must be able to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship. Candidate must have previous graphic design and social media experience in their past roles. Candidate must have at minimum four year's of experience as a Marketing Manager of a staff and function.
