For more information, visit www.securitashealthcare.com We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Global NetSuite Administrator to manage and optimize our NetSuite ERP system across multiple international locations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in NetSuite administration, with a proven track record of supporting global operations, ensuring system consistency, and driving process improvements across regions. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing a complex, global ERP environment. Key Responsibilities: NetSuite Administration: Manage the overall administration and maintenance of the global NetSuite ERP system. Configure and customize the NetSuite platform to support business needs across multiple regions. Implement and maintain global standards for workflows, scripts, custom fields, and reports. Manage user roles, permissions, and security across all global entities. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all regions, performing regular audits and data quality checks. Provide training and ongoing support to global users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Coordinate and implement NetSuite updates, upgrades, and new releases globally. Global Process Optimization: Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions. Standardize and streamline business processes across global operations within the NetSuite environment. Lead global NetSuite projects, including system integrations, process automation, and enhancement initiatives. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of global business processes, system configurations, and customizations. Collaboration & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between IT, regional offices, and third-party vendors for all NetSuite-related matters. Work closely with the finance, operations, and other business teams to support their use of NetSuite. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to gather feedback, identify pain points, and drive continuous improvement. Provide regular updates to senior management on system performance, project progress, and key initiatives. Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to data privacy, financial reporting, and IT security. Implement and enforce global security policies, including role-based access controls and data protection measures. Monitor system performance and security, responding proactively to potential risks and issues. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, with at least 3 years supporting global operations. Proven track record of managing and optimizing NetSuite in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment. Experience with global financial processes, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus. Experience with Avatax is a plus. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in NetSuite administration, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder. Experience with global data management, integrations, and customizations within NetSuite. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security practices, particularly in a global context. Proficient in SQL, data migration, and reporting tools. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong leadership and project management abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
