Finance Systems Service Delivery Manager Columbus OH In-Office / On-Site Purpose of Role: The Finance Systems Service Delivery Manager reports to the Director of Enterprise Platform and Application AMS. This role is responsible for delivering top-tier IT Service Management and Backlog Management services to support the implementation of Finance solutions within the business. The manager will oversee outsourced agreements and collaborate with IT service providers to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery. The ideal candidate will be fully committed to enhancing Finance processes and systems, driving support for day-to-day operations while emphasizing cost-effective service excellence. They will align the Finance strategy with both operational and strategic objectives. In partnership with the Enterprise Platform and Application AMS Director, this role will lead the development of a strategy for exceptional service capabilities and ensure this strategy is effectively communicated to all teams involved in service delivery. Additionally, the Finance Systems Service Delivery Manager will collaborate with the Head of Strategic Portfolio Function to manage the delivery of Finance backlog call-off contracts. Key Responsibilities: AMS Service Management: Service Quality: Drive the daily operations of AMS services, ensuring adherence to established service level agreements. Service Management: Oversee core service management functions, including Incident, Problem, Request, Change, and Release Management. Communication: Keep customers and stakeholders updated on service performance, including outages and changes. Governance: Manage budget and costs, optimizing the support model based on service stability. Collaboration: Foster relationships with key cross-functional teams to facilitate end-to-end service delivery. Third-Party Management: Oversee day-to-day activities of third-party vendors in alignment with contract outcomes. Backlog Management: Backlog and Major Change: Lead the management, coordination, and execution of prioritized changes. Business Expectations: Ensure that priorities are clearly communicated and manage critical paths, including any changes and their implications. Governance: Optimize resource allocation for change delivery, manage budgets, and drive the benefits of planned changes. Collaboration: Build relationships with cross-functional teams to enable efficient change delivery. Reporting and Tracking: Develop and share reports to provide visibility on third-party performance. The Finance Systems Service Delivery Manager will focus on enhancing the stability of both service areas, driving service improvements that lead to greater efficiency and cost reduction.
