Your expertise in modern development processes and commitment to quality will drive product excellence and team productivity. Required Skills: Experience leading all systems engineering tasks and cross-product activities across the program. Experience developing technical baselines (requirements/architecture); leading development teams; and developing and reviewing Engineering Change Requests. Experience leading requirements development, hardware and software integration, and requirements verification. Experience leading the development, integration, and test of military avionics systems or similarly complex systems. Experience leading Trade Studies, performing Risk and Opportunity analyses, and tracking and mitigating risks. Experience managing suppliers and overseeing the development of subsystems and components. Experience providing leadership, technical direction, and guidance to multi-discipline teams. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholders including leading both internal and customer design reviews. In-depth understanding of the System Engineering Lifecycle and processes.
