Associate Litigation Attorney

Job Description Commercial/Business Associate Attorney ($90,000-$110,000) We are looking for an attorney that has at least 3 years of Commercial Litigation experience to join our team. We offer a client focused law firm that provides a low stress level work environment. Job Description & Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of litigation including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials Manage a litigation caseload from inception to completion either independently or under the supervision of other attorneys Be able to effectively manage multiple clients and matters Conduct excellent legal research and provide thoughtful written analyses of legal questions Draft motions and briefs with minimal supervision Work closely with other attorneys to provide recommendations for resolving legal issues Attend hearings and pretrial conferences Provide professional and timely updates on cases to clients Develop case strategies and projections Qualifications for Commercial Litigation Lawyer 3-8 years of experience Commercial Litigation Superior written and oral communication skills Experience with electronic discovery tools Must have License and be eligible to practice law in good standing Benfits 401k Flex Hours Fast-Track to partnership Health, Dental, Vision Free Parking Bar dues Short and Long Term Disability Bonus' based on collectibles and origin fees If interested in this role, please contact me at hannah.lowrygogpac.com or 605-705-4639.
