About the Role: Design, develop, and deploy bots using tools or frameworks such as Ansible or custom scripts written in a modern programming language such as Python, to automate repetitive tasks across different departments or systems. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software builds, testing, and deployment processes. This includes troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines and managing the CI workers across various platforms and operating systems. Requires expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar. Location: 2555 Smallman Street, Pittsburgh, PA 1522; Must appear in office four (4) days per week; Work from home permissible 1 day per week. Responsibilities: Support in orchestrating the deployment, automation, and monitoring of applications and tools within a Kubernetes infrastructure. Responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our applications and tools deployed into the cloud, VM's, and Kubernetes. Troubleshoot issues related to Kubernetes deployments and configuration. Integrate bots, workflows, and other services with various APIs, databases, and third-party services to ensure seamless communication and data exchange. Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources efficiently. Create and manage Ansible playbooks for configuration management, ensuring consistency and scalability across diverse environments. Set up monitoring solutions and logging frameworks (such as Prometheus, Grafana, or SumoLogic) to track system performance, detect issues, and troubleshoot problems proactively. Implement version control systems (e.g., Git) and configuration management tools to maintain the codebase for bots, ensuring consistency and reproducibility in deployments. Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence by working closely with development and operations teams to resolve issues efficiently. Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and best practices in Ansible, Terraform, and infrastructure automation. Perform code reviews and introduce coding and testing standards. Application development and automation specialization in order to create robust, scalable applications and automation solutions using Python and/or GoLang. Must appear in office 4 days per week: WFH permissible 1 days per week. Qualifications: Experience and/or education must include: Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Engineering, Programming, or related field and three (3) years of experience in DevOps, Programming or in the job offered or related role. Identity Access Management Systems to manage access to company resources such as applications using Okta, Active Directory, or LDAP; Ansible for IT tasks such as configuration management, application deployment, cloud provisioning, and orchestration; Python programming to build internal applications and support automation workflow; Kubernetes to automate the deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications; System and service integration; and DevOps to increase the efficiency, speed, and security of software development and delivery.
