Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Senior Engagement Strategist works with healthcare clients on a variety of dynamic and future forward brands. The Senior Engagement Strategist is instrumental in the development of engagement plans that deliver value for targets as they interact with the variety of experiences designed to move them through the adoption funnel. They dive deep into foundational strategy elements such as the brand purpose and personality, segmentation, target insights/behavior and channels/platforms to help support the development of the engagement strategy. They enjoy using research and insights to develop customer journeys that focus on activation points. The Senior Engagement Strategist also helps facilitate client workshops and distills those outputs into actionable plans with the senior strategists. They must demonstrate creative, innovative, and flexible thinking in their approach, their deliverables, and in client presentations. The role works collaboratively with senior members of the engagement team, strategic planning leads, account leads, creative, and experience design, among many other diverse experts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Workshop facilitation Helps build and run a variety of proprietary workshops based on the clients' business needs, often including a cross-functional team consisting of clients, 3rd party partners, and agency experts. Engagement deliverables Develops engagement Ecosystems, NPP strategy, works with media teams, keeps the team updated on any trends in digital/social media through POVs; synthesizes performance of in-market assets and makes recommendations on optimizations of deliverables. Content Strategy Audits content and develops content matrices to support development of messaging strategy aligned to the customer journey. Project Briefs Writes project briefs and kicks them off for digital, social, and experiential-focused projects. Develops collaborative relationships with account management, strategic planning, media, creative counterparts, and senior marketing clients. Able to synthesize a variety of insights into actionable plans to drive brand goals. Marries strategic and creative aptitude in order to create meaningful, memorable and measurably impactful engagement strategies for health/wellness space. Provides insights into the value and limitations of both on and offline channels. Customer research: Conducts insight mining and literature reviews, assist with various kinds of customer behavior research, and develop preliminary findings. Workshop development: Creates workshop presentations and stimuli; take notes during workshops and craft preliminary outputs for clients. Persona and Journey creation: Assists senior staff in creating data-driven Customer Personas and Customer Journeys. Drafts preliminary deliverables. Becomes expert in SuiteCX, our Customer Journey software. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in marketing or related major is Preferred EXPERIENCE 3 years' experience in healthcare is Preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and great comfort with quickly building PowerPoint decks. Highly effective use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills required. Must be a good active listener, with a collaborative working style. Familiarity with, and past experience using Brainstorming software such as Stormz, Miro, and/or Mural. COMPETENCIES Must be highly Accountable for deliverables, while displaying the highest levels of personal Integrity and a Willingness to work constructively through any conflicts that arise. at this level, a senior engagement strategist begins building relationships with other strategists outside of the engagement department (eg., brand strategy, CRM strategy) and collaborating with them on a Project basis without the need for oversight. SALARY $80,000 to $110,000 annually The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
