QA lead Location - Mount Laurel, NJ ( Onsite ) FTE/Contract Please help with Project lead / QA Lead profiles having capability of laying out test strategy for a project and lead the execution, tracking & reporting, reviews & test closure activities having understanding of automation testing & API testing. Location: Mount Laurel, NJ ( Onsite ) Project Test Lead JD (Automation understanding) Candidate Must have Good Banking Experience • 10 to 12 years of Software Testing experience • t least 2 years of strong test project leading experience • Strong test automation knowledge (preferably Tosca but not mandatory) • Good understanding in testing APIs • Understanding of QA principles (tracking, analysing, reporting, problem resolution and training) • Thorough knowledge of the entire SDLC, testing methodologies and their direct implementation to projects • Good knowledge in Agile & waterfall methodologies • Have experience in Jira & JTMF / any other test management tool • Experience in co-ordination with multiple teams • Lead the testing effort and develop testing strategies to plan, construct and execute release tests • Ensure alignment with project test delivery documentation • Strong written and verbal communications skills • Experienced in tracking risks & dependencies • Good in stakeholder communication, status reporting • Responsible for the formal quality assurance role in audits/reviews • Preferred to have experience of leading testing in Banking project Thanks & Regards, Shashi Bhushan Diverse Lynx LLC |300 Alexander Park|Suite 200|Princeton , NJ 08540 Office: 732-452-1006 ext:344 Email: shashi.bhushandiverselynx.com | URL: http://www.diverselynx.com Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
