We are seeking a Warehouse / Procurement / Logistics Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the seamless flow of materials and equipment to support our growing team and customer base.
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and availability of materials. Oversee receiving, storing, and distribution of materials and tools. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Procurement:
Build relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and terms. Monitor supply chain trends to identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials to support projects and services.
Logistics:
Coordinate equipment and material deliveries to job sites. Manage fleet maintenance schedules and vehicle inventory. Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Team Leadership:
Supervise warehouse and logistics staff, providing training and support. Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment. Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience in warehouse, procurement, or logistics management. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency with inventory management systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus). Familiarity with the home services industry is a bonus.
Skills:
Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
