Job Title: Administrative Assistant II Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant II with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Responsibilities Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and calendar management. Assist with clerical tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records. Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Support office operations and ensure smooth workflow through effective communication and organization. Monitor progress and identify areas requiring adjustment through analytical skills. Work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals. Essential Skills 3-5 years of experience in an administrative assistant or similar role. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. Exemplary customer service skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Experience in higher education is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed. Work Environment The position is based in a small office environment. Standard working hours are 8-5pm, with some flexibility in start and end times.
