Key Responsibilities:
Handle accounts payable and receivable activities as an Accountant.
Assist the controller with month-end close activities and reconciliations as an Accountant.
Manage collections and follow up on past due invoices as an Accountant.
Support the audit process and collaborate on other ad-hoc tasks as an Accountant.
Qualifications:
2+ years of accounting experience.
Experience in large service or HVAC industries is a plus.
Intermediate Excel skills and strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Compensation:
Salary Range:
$95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
