Sr. Cloud Software Engineer

An enterprise eCommerce company is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities include: Build, develop, and enhance features on Cloud Security team-owned home-grown services to support the company. Develop automation with AWS resources and components such as Lambdas, S3, IAM, AWS Organizations, etc. Enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with CloudFormation and/or Terraform. Monitoring cloud infrastructure security health through various tools, such as Prisma, GuardDuty, Qualys, Cloudtrails, etc. Investing and troubleshooting security-related incidents. Response and work on Customer (internal Developers) requests through multiple channels, such as slack, service desk requests. They will be supporting any uof the Platform accounts (300-400 u ). Customer requirements, daily tasks monitor slack channels, answering questions for developers will be 30% of their day to day.

5+ years of overall experience as an Engineer Experience coding in Python from scratch (70% of their day to day) Good experience and understanding of AWS security services Cloud Security background Strong communication and interpersonal skills Enterprise-level experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with AWS Serverless services including AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, etc is a plus
