Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)

Support multiple agile teams, working closely with UX, UI, PM, PO to complete Rally features. Attend and actively participate in cross-functional meetings (agile team meetings, product/design syncs, content team meetings, etc.). Ask questions, share feedback, and advocate for CD principles. Apply relevant accessibility standards and best practices when creating content. Own and drive initiatives from inception to completion to improve the content delivery process and organization. Complete all teammate learning center assignments at least 7 days prior to due dates.

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)

Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training 3+ years of online/digital content development experience 1+ years in content design, UX writing, and/or microcopy-focused on web and mobile applications/digital platforms in an agile environment. Excellent writing skills with demonstrated ability to write successfully for digital interfaces and applications.

Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:(Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)

3+ years in content design, UX writing, and/or microcopy-focused on web and mobile applications/digital platforms. Financial experience is a plus. A portfolio demonstrating your experience with user-centered content design for desktop and mobile applications. A firm understanding of inclusive, accessible design. Ability to conceptualize content frameworks and execute content decisions (often based on user research/testing). A passion for user-centered design and providing solutions that meet clients' needs. Ability to create compelling content and respond to constructive feedback to improve content across team(s). Eager to understand why things work the way they do and how to connect the dots. Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems independently with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and juggle many tasks in a fast-paced environment.
