What You Will Be Doing
Develop and manage IT operations and security strategies, aligning with the company’s goals and vision. Lead identity management, endpoint security, and mobile device strategy planning and execution. Provide Tier 3 support for Mac and Windows devices, overseeing hardware, software, network, and management tools. Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to meet organizational and regulatory requirements. Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and progress, delivering regular updates to leadership. Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance endpoint compliance and integrate security across Cloud, mobile, and network environments. Oversee endpoint deployment and compliance using JAMF for Mac and Intune for Windows, focusing on automation, OS hardening, and software distribution. Package and deploy applications across platforms with tools like Flexera Admin Studio and PSADT. Automate endpoint updates and vulnerability management for Windows and macOS in line with NIST 800-171 standards. Partner with Cybersecurity, Enterprise Risk, and Compliance teams to strengthen system and application security. Create dashboards and reports on device compliance and endpoint analytics using Power BI and log analytics tools. Gather stakeholder input to shape actionable IT security and operations roadmaps for leadership. Mentor team members to enhance skills in IT operations, endpoint management, and security best practices. Define governance structures and team roles through project organization charts to improve collaboration. What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or HDI are highly preferred. Over 10 years of senior-level experience, including 5–7 years as an Active Directory and Entra ID/Identity Engineer, with expertise in M365 Global Enterprise environments. At least 7 years in IT engineering and operations, coupled with 2+ years in technical project management, focusing on endpoint, network, and cloud security within AWS, Entra ID, and M365 ecosystems. Extensive knowledge of endpoint management tools (e.g., JAMF, Intune), scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash), and implementing security measures for Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms. Skilled in application and device security hardening, including OS hardening, identity governance, endpoint protection, and Zero Trust frameworks. Proven track record of managing technical projects and juggling priorities in dynamic environments using Agile principles. Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at bridging technical concepts with business stakeholders. Proficient in automation tools like Power BI, with expertise in designing scripts for process optimization and endpoint compliance. A team-oriented professional with exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
