During this program, you will step into a dynamic position where you will play a pivotal role in streamlining the onboarding journey for new hires within the Field Medical Excellence team. Your efforts will directly influence how team members start their careers and thrive in their roles This role is all about making a significant impact by: Coordinating Program Content Development and Innovation: Collaborating with facilitators to elevate training material to ensure they are relevant, impactful and engaging. Continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and expand content based on feedback and the evolving need of the team. Partnering with stakeholders to develop new training resources and tools as needed. Driving feedback Collection and Program Optimization: Actively soliciting feedback from new hires to ensure the effectiveness of the program and identify areas for enhancement. Analyzing insights to fine-tune training topics, pacing, and focus areas, ensuring a tailored and impactful onboarding experience. The collaborative individual we seek is driven with these qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Amgen requires that all individuals applying for a grad internship or a co-op assignment at Amgen must meet the following criteria: 18 years or older Graduated with a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university Currently enrolled in an MBA program for an MBA internship OR a Masters program for a Masters internship OR a PharmD program for a PharmD internship OR Ph.D. for a PhD internship from an accredited college or university and completion of the first year of MBA OR Masters OR Pharm D OR Ph.D. program before the internship starts Enrolled in an accredited college or university following the potential internship or co-op assignment Must not be employed at the time the internship starts Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the [ internship/co-op] Preferred Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in PharmD or PhD Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Enthusiastic, proactive, and a willingness to learn Adaptability in navigating and effectively responding to ambiguity and evolving circumstances and priorities Basic understanding of project management concepts is a plus What You Can Expect of Us As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for your professional and personal growth and well-being.
