Job Title: Business Data Analyst Job Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension Est. Pay Range: $32.00- $36.00 (USD) Work Type: On Site at Charlotte, NC 28269 Overview/ Responsibilities: Description: Performs routine business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining. Researches best practives and supports developing the solutions and recommendations for the current business operations. May work with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirements. May provide business data interpertation. Additionally, may assist in deveoping or implementing systems to capture business operation information Role will be looking a data within SFDC/SMVX and S4 to clean up discrepancies. Additional role specifications will be discussed with HM during the interview The first area of focus will be the service contract portfolio specifically looking at: • Contract Line Item deviations between SFDC vs S4 causing renewal issues • Service Contract Sync Errors follow-up • Contract Header Date Variances • Renewal Contract Pricing incorrect due to data information not updated properly • Monitor the PM standard hours review before renewals with the Zones Ops Managers This will then spanned to other data clean-up areas as needed in service orders and service projects.
