Job Requirements
• ONC/MS TELE experience required
• ONS chemo certification or at least 1 yr inpatient hematology-oncology experience
• Multiple travel assignment completions with no less than 2yrs inpatient RN experiences if no heme background

Schedule Information
• 12HR D/N OR 12 NIGHTS- No set block schedule

Unit Specific Information
• RN will be interviewed and placed in the service line based on their background and skill level/experience

Additional Details
• Residency Declaration Form required for compact license
• Check UD/Unit Cost Center Link for certifications per unit
• AHA only certifications acceptable
• Unit-Specific Competency Exam Required
• Dysrhythmia/EKG Exam required for ALL RNs WITHIN 1 YEAR OF START
