TEKsystems is hiring a part-time scheduler to work onsite at our client's location in Ottumwa.
*Description*
Telephoning prospective donors from established call lists/files, scheduling donation appointments and maintain accurate donor records
Interact in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused manner with donors
Responding to text, email, and phone calls
*Skills & Qualifications*
1-3 years experience in a customer service
Must be comfortable with outbound calls

The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $15.25
