IMAQ Resources provides federal government agencies with facilities operations and maintenance (O&M) support services.
IMAQ is looking for a Production Control Clerk to support a federal building in Washington, D.C. This Production Control Clerk compiles and records production data to prepare records and reports aspects of production using a CMMS (Maximo®) and other administrative functions. Other job duties may be assigned.
Essential Functions:
An employee in this class has general responsibilities. Work is performed under general supervision. Using the CMMS, the PCC:
Compiles and records production data from such documents as customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual-worker production sheets, following prescribed record keeping procedures.
Supports office management functions by answering phones, maintaining accurate files, coordinating various payroll related items, and administrative tasks.
Maintains files of documents used and prepared.
Coordinates written work schedules based on established guidelines and priorities.
Compiles material inventory records and prepares requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies.
May compute wages from employee timecards and post wage data on records used for preparation of payroll.
Required Qualifications:
Working Knowledge of Legally eligible to work in the United States
Able to successfully pass a standard and government background and drug test following federal guidelines – KOMAN is a drug-free environment.
Ability to work from written instructions.
Ability to work effectively with fellow employees.
Ability to join and follow all union requirements.
