Wells Fargo is seeking an Information Security Associate to be a part of the Enterprise Data Loss Prevention (EDLP) Threat Detection & Management (TDM) team. In this role, you will:

Perform remediation and escalation of DLP incidents, compile ad hoc data and reporting to support information security risk management

Participate in the evaluation and implementation of emerging data access control technologies, information systems security issues, safeguards, and techniques

Maintain and track the status of documents

Maintain familiarity with bank security procedures and policies which may include information security government regulations

Review access requests for proper authorizations and produce reports to assist customers in reviewing accesses

Provide technical support for routine to moderately complex security related issues

Assist more experienced staff with security consulting and moderately complex security projects related to data loss prevention, data access, integrity, confidentiality and business continuity

Review existing systems security issues, procedures, and provide support for testing, emergencies, installations, and conversions

Provide training and assistance for installed security products and may assist in the delivery of security awareness programs

Assist in audit compliance projects

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Interact with internal customers

Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Demonstrated experience analyzing and responding to security incidents

Desired Qualifications:

6+ months in Data Loss Prevention Operations experience including event triage and response, assessing and quantifying emerging risks, etc.

6+ months working in an Agile-based environment leveraging Jira or other industry-standard tools

6+ months of Security Operations Center/Cyber Threat Fusion Center experience

6+ months working with Symantec DLP

6+ months of Splunk or other SIEM tool experience

CISSP, CCSP or other applicable InfoSec certification

Job Expectations:

Ability to work evening and overnight hours Sunday through Thursday (shift differential may apply).

Shift may include overnight - 10pm - 7am shift

Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
