*Job Title: Project Manager - Fiber Infrastructure*
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager within the City limits to assist with permitting, right of way, and other necessary tasks for installing conduit and eventually fiber in the area. T*he ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of state and local municipalities and preferably have telecom experience with a carrier.*

* *Prior experience with Fiber Planning and Construction.* * *Knowledge of local and state guidelines for infrastructure builds.* * *Established relationships with local construction vendors.* * Ability to support relationships between our company and State, County, and Local Municipalities and Railroads. * Ability to track and manage permit applications and closeout processes for infrastructure builds. * Identify best practices and act as the local subject matter expert for the construction process. * Attend municipal meetings at various city/county buildings within the local area. Job Description: The Project Manager will be responsible for assisting in our expansion into this new market. They will serve as the point person throughout this process, understanding the entire process involved with underground conduit and fiber installation. This role involves establishing relationships with local municipalities and government entities to expand services into new markets, managing underlying rights agreements required to install conduit and fiber, and overseeing permitting requirements and closeout packages. Additional Skills & Qualifications:
