Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join the CFO team of one of the largest global financial institutions. This role is within the Credit Card division, which manages a co-branded credit card. This is considered part of the institutions Platform Solutions Consumer organization. The team is looking for a skilled professional to enhance their financial forecasting, modeling, and analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the CFO team with financial forecasting, modeling, and analytics.
Run financial models, adjust FICO assumptions, and perform detailed observations.
Collaborate with team leaders to provide technical expertise and strategic direction.
Focus on retail savings programs, identified as a key area of opportunity for 2025.

Skills and Requirements
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Strong experience performing FP&A within the Credit Card domain
o Experience with co-branded credit cards and/or retail savings programs is preferred
- Command of core financial concepts and disciplines, especially within the cards domain, including:
o Budgeting / forecasting
o Strategic planning, operational, and financial analysis
o Accounting principles
o Card fees
o Fico scores
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills - Experience with Mastercard fees and data
- Experience building or leading FP&A for retail savings programs null
