This role is crucial in balancing growth with security by driving the creation and management of seamless, secure user authentication and account systems that scale globally. Your work will directly impact how users connect to Twitch, fostering trust while supporting innovation. You’ll collaborate across engineering, design, and product teams to deliver delightful registration and authentication experiences, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and usability. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, user focus, and strategic leadership to create tools that support both internal teams and our growing global audience. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
