About the Team/Role As a Software Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience by developing and maintaining a unified login experience leveraging SSO technology. You will be working on a cutting-edge project with the opportunity to learn and augment many different applications in order to streamline our customers' access to multiple applications, reducing friction and improving overall satisfaction.How you'll make an impactDesign, develop, and implement robust and scalable applicationsIntegrate with SSO technologies to provide a seamless login experienceWork closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeStay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trendsExperience you'll bring 5+ years of experience with .NET Core and C#Experience in developing automated unit and integration testsStrong understanding of object-oriented programming principlesExperience with web development frameworksProficiency in SQL and database designExperience with SSO technologies (e.g., OAuth, SAML)Strong problem-solving and debugging skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS)Experience with microservices architectureKnowledge of Python and JavaKnowledge of frontend technologies (e.g. Angular)Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExperience with Okta or Auth0Exposure to event driven architectureThe base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
