Understanding and valuing these differences optimizes the potential of both the individual and the firm.HarbourVest is an equal opportunity employer.This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.The Vice President, Content Production, Wealth Product Management will be responsible for the updating and ongoing content management of presentation, client reporting and data room content for our evergreen fund business. The goal is to deliver high quality content updates that is accurate and meets deadlines.The ideal candidate is someone who has: A strong understanding of private market evergreen vehicles or liquid strategies, and a has deep knowledge of private markets and the private wealth market.Experience supervising the regular updates of product marketing presentation content and client reporting materials for private wealth and / or liquid strategies.Operated in a regulatory environment and has supervised control processes.Has a background in automating content updates and overseeing content updates across a range of materials.Project management expertise to deliver content on time.Ability to work effectively in a cross functional and highly matrixed environment.Strong relationship skills to partner closely with fellow HarbourVest professionals.Proficiency in overseeing a team that is geographically dispersed.Entrepreneurial approach, with a change-management mentality and comfort working in an area that may not always have established precedents.Meticulous while remaining focused on key goals.What you will do: Manage a global team.Have overall accountability for delivering accurate, timely and up to date presentation, client reporting and data room content for HarbourVest’s evergreen funds business.Supervise the updating and maintenance of client reporting collateral, product marketing materials and evergreen educational content for HarbourVest’s private wealth business. Materials include client reports, fund presentations, presentations for distributors, factsheets, and data rooms. Updates are currently made monthly but could be made more frequently in the future.Work alongside compliance, our third-party broker / dealer and investment performance teams to review and approve newly created presentation materials.Responsible for wealth presentation content management in Seismic, including managing the control processes for regulated products.Accountable for improving and maintaining the control environment for marketing presentation creation and content updates.Oversee the implementation and improvement of technology solutions and workflow tools to improve efficiency, automation and end to end process with the goal of automating content updates where possible.Build the marketing content production infrastructure to allow HarbourVest to scale in terms of volume and efficiency.Oversee fund and distributor data rooms, ensuring information is updated in a timely manner.Operate within a client/ prospect first orientation: the goal is to deliver error free content in a timely manner.Oversee the process to translate marketing content and reports into multiple languages, partnering with service providers to deliver content on time.Education Preferred:Strong academic and professional credentials. MBA and / or CFA preferred, but not required.Experience:12-15+ years of Client Operations, Investor Services, Investment Operations or Product Marketing for evergreen vehicles or liquid strategies.#LI-HybridSummaryLocation: BostonType: Full time
