As Executive Director of the ConnectWealth UMA Program, you will provide strategic leadership for one of the industry's most significant transformations, managing a team of professionals while orchestrating change across 100+ systems and 7 Product Areas. You'll set new standards for excellence in technology delivery while building and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.Job Responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipDrive program strategy and execution, including change management and innovation.Build and mentor high-performing teams while managing governance and risk.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with executive leadership and steering committees to align business and technology.Manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence strategic decisions.Delivery & Risk ExcellenceOversee program delivery and ensure quality and compliance across integrated systems.Lead risk management, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:Executive ExperienceOver 15 years in large scale program management with a focus on enterprise transformations and wealth management.Proven leadership in developing senior teams and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.Leadership CompetenciesStrong strategic vision, execution capability, and executive communication skills.Excellence in people leadership, mentoring, and managing complex organizational dynamics.Technical SkillsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with preferred experience in Python and JIRA.
