Hospitalist - Central Minnesota BC/BE Internists and Family Practitioners welcome Primarily day shifts with 1:8 week rotation to night shift Flexibility to spit time with outpatient practice, if desired Schedule 7 on 7 off, Tuesday-Monday cycle Full time equivalent to 24 weeks/year Join 8 physicians and 2 NPs in practice Hospitalists will cover Med/Surg & ICU, including ventilator co-management with intensivist, RT, and remote support from Duluth Opportunity to teach and precept medical and PA students, and for future program leadership Average inpatient practice volume per day: 12-15 encounters per hospitalist. Average daily census on the team: 40-60 Hospitalist team runs codes and rapid responses No procedures required (general surgery performs central lines) Comprehensive benefits package offered including malpractice, relocation, and more!
