Job Title: Marketing Specialist 2

Location: Stanford, CA 94305 – Fully Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will:

• Plan, monitor, measure, and execute marketing campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Participate in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Client's Online integrated marketing/communications plan, encompassing social media, advertising, email communications, content marketing, and copywriting.
• Ensure that all marketing efforts meet goals for enrollment, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Assist with managing the budgets for programs and analyzing performance to optimize promotional campaign performance and inform future strategies.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and seven years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline and project management certificate preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrated proficiency in Marketo, or similar software.
• Previous experience in product, program and/or services marketing.
• Ability to drive cross-functional groups toward a common goal.
• Skilled at project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understands how to implement integrated marketing programs across channels.
• Experience with market research and data analysis.
• Demonstrated problem solver, who learns quickly and is a self-starter.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Will be working on various projects. Executing a lot of exciting marketing campaigns, ads, emails, etc.
