Job Summary: Ladgov Corp is looking to hire an Instructor to provide virtual learning courses with Data Analysis. As part of our digital engineering strategy, Carderock requires training for its workforce in data analytics using the Python coding/computing environment as outlined below.

Duties:

The instructor shall provide interactive training courses to develop the skills necessary to write programs, access various tools, document and automate analytical processes, rapidly manipulate and process large data sets, handle tabular datasets, utilize aggregation and reorganization capabilities for data set explorations (labeling data along each dimension, dealing with missing values, time series manipulations, etc.), access data from multiple sources, and interface with databases. The class will teach employees how to use Python capabilities for analyzing data for data exploration, modeling, and analysis. Each training course shall include all required access and training materials for up to 20 personnel per seminar. All courses shall be held at a mutually agreed-upon date and time between Ladgov Corp. and the instructor determined after the award. Training materials which include presentation and course material must be provided 5 business days in advance of the training.

The course shall provide virtual training for Students in Python for Data Analysis to employees at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in West Bethesda, Maryland. The length of the course shall be a minimum of 4 days to adequately cover the required topics and answer questions and concerns from the students. The instructor shall provide.

all course materials to the students prior to the start of the class (Deliverable A001). Upon completion of the course, the instructor shall provide a roster sheet to the government.

4.0 SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
The instructor will provide a resume of the instructor at the time of proposal. The instructor must be able to teach this course virtually and include what format will be used.
5.0 DELIVERABLES:
The instructor shall provide deliverables as described in each BPA call and associated CDRLs. Employee Format and delivery schedule for deliverables will be outlined in the CDRLs.
