Job Description: Amazon Online Jewelry Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Amazon Online Jewelry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing Amazon stores, particularly within the jewelry category. This role will focus on driving sales, improving visibility, and ensuring our jewelry products are presented in the most appealing and professional manner to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Listing Optimization:
    • Create, edit, and optimize product listings to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
    • Write engaging and keyword-rich product titles, bullet points, and descriptions tailored for the jewelry category.
    • Upload high-quality images and videos that showcase jewelry pieces effectively.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
    • Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely restocking and order processing.
  • Amazon Advertising & Promotions:
    • Plan, implement, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to drive sales and maintain target ACOS.
    • Develop promotional strategies, including deals, coupons, and discounts, specific to the jewelry market.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and marketplace trends.
    • Generate regular reports on key metrics such as sales, traffic, and advertising ROI.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high ratings and positive reviews.
    • Monitor feedback and respond to reviews to build trust and enhance brand reputation.
  • Market Research & Trends:
    • Stay updated on jewelry trends and competitor activity within the Amazon marketplace.
    • Recommend new products, features, or strategies to capitalize on emerging trends.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience managing Amazon stores, specifically within the jewelry category (minimum 2 years).
    • In-depth understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and advertising tools.
  • Skills:
    • Strong copywriting skills with an emphasis on product descriptions and SEO.
    • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Amazon Analytics, Helium 10, or Jungle Scout.
    • Knowledge of jewelry materials, styles, and terminology is highly preferred.
  • Attributes:
    • Attention to detail and a creative eye for product presentation.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
