Remote/ Virtual School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our virtual school-based team. As an SLP, you will work with studentsto assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, munication, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in an innovative environment, enjoys working with children, and is mitted to helping students reach their full munication potential.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ValidSpeech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP).
• Preferredschool-based experience or pediatric experience.
• Preferred virtual experience - but not required.
• Excellent munication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with a diverse population of students, teachers, and parents.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and munication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to students needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students munication goals.
• Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy as necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to teachers regarding speech and language interventions in the classroom.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student educational plans.
• Educate staff and parents on speech-language strategies and tools for use at school and home.
