Job Description
We are currently hiring for individuals to be the first point of contact with customers looking for insurance products and properly qualifying them for the appropriate products. Candidates must be comfortable presenting options and overcoming objections to close the sale. Candidates do not need to hold any active licenses but should be open to obtaining it in the near future. Once eligible for sales training, the company will pay for all licensing fees. Licensed agents welcome to apply. This position is 100% remote but candidates must reside in Nebraska.
Training Schedule - Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 4:30pm
Post-Training Schedule - Monday to Friday | Various schedules available between 8:00am and 8:00pm Occasional Saturdays required with some schedules on a 5 week rotation
$20/hour
***Monthly Commissions are available once licensed and selling
Job Responsibilities of a Life/Health Service Rep after training:
- Manage inbound sales calls
- Collect personal client information
- Determine proper coverage based on information gathered
- Close the sale and hand off to an agent to create the policy
Job Requirements
- Must be able to meet state eligibility to obtain a resident Life/Health license
- Candidates with a license welcome but not required
- Must have experience and longevity in a previous sales position
- Comfortable with computers, multitasking multiple programs
- Can type 45+ WPM
- Able to quickly learn and retain new information
- High School Diploma
- Good verbal and written communication skills are a must
- This position requires sitting at a computer for an 8 hour shift
