Think Tell Junction is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role combines accurate data entry with excellent customer service, ensuring that client information is processed efficiently and inquiries are handled promptly. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. 

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input customer data into company systems and maintain database integrity.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure records are current and accurate.
• Maintain a high level of data confidentiality and comply with company policies.
• Assist in generating and reviewing reports related to customer interactions and data.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or data entry are a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles.
• Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or data management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
