Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately input client, campaign, and project-related data into our systems, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to established data entry standards.
- Data Verification: Regularly verify and update existing data, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies to ensure data integrity.
- Record Management: Organize and maintain electronic files, documents, and records in our databases for easy retrieval and reference.
- Support Reporting: Assist in preparing data for reports, presentations, and analysis to support marketing projects and client updates.
- Data Maintenance: Collaborate with team members to review and validate data, making updates as necessary to support ongoing projects and client needs.
- Confidentiality Compliance: Adhere to data protection and confidentiality guidelines to maintain the security of sensitive client information.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to manage large sets of data.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
