As an Accounting / Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently managing financial data and performing various administrative duties. Your attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter financial data into our system, ensuring all records are up-to-date and error-free

- Process and reconcile company transactions, such as payments and invoices

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including sending out invoices and following up on payments

- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

- Maintain and update financial records and reports

- Support the accounting department with various tasks as needed

- Assist with data entry tasks, including updating customer and order information

- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality is maintained at all times

- Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline processes

- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting or data entry role

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles

- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
