Job Title:  Warehouse Associate

Location: Vista, CA 

Pay: $17.00

Schedule:  Monday-Friday

Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm

General Accountabilities:
 

• Responsible for reporting defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.
• Assemble customer orders from stock, place orders on pallets.
• Assists in daily warehouse maintenance, cleaning, sweeping, and trash removal.
• Organizing warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Following proper safety guidelines.
• Assisting shipping and receiving, as assigned.
• Performing other warehouse related duties, as assigned by the warehouse supervisor/manager
• Provide support to the kitchen team when needed.
• Safely and efficiently move up and down ladders.
• Lift, push, and pull items as required for the job

Skills: 

• Able to understand shipping labels and product SKUs
• Must be familiar with proper packaging methods and able to interpret visual aids used to convey specific packaging requirements.
• Must be familiar with the most common material handling equipment.
• Ability to effectively work individually (Self-Motivated) or in a team environment

Job Qualifications: 

• Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse-related experience in shipping and receiving.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate organizational and time management skills to complete multiple projects and deadlines
• Willingness to cross-train between production (kitchen) and fulfillment (warehouse areas).
